Once under contract, the due diligence phase begins. This is your opportunity to “look under the hood” and make sure the home meets your expectations.
This includes inspections, title review, appraisal, financing, HOA review if needed, and staying on track with contingency deadlines. As the buyer, you hire a professional inspector to evaluate the condition of the home.
Your lender will also order an appraisal to justify their investment and help protect you from overpaying. Our team works closely with the listing agent, lender, and title company to resolve issues quickly and keep the transaction moving smoothly.
